Here you can find different vocalisation exercises that will stretch your vocal cords, strengthen your diaphragm and sharpen your pitch.
They can also be thought as musical mantras, or as excuses to do singing laughter.
I share both the audio and the LMMS file just in case you want to adapt them to your vocal range.
1. Practise the sound brr where your lips should vibrate and the sound rrr with your tongue:

[audio] mamemimomuConsider as well to practise long brr's and rrr's without producing any sound, just by channelling a minimum stream of air.
Forget about the overrated absolute pitch, which is more a curse than a virtue. Practise instead for a perfect relative pitch, based in intervals.
3. Choose a two-syllable word, or just two random syllables and practise minor seconds.
