Euclid I.4: two sides and their angle completely determine a triangle

Let's draw two segments, one blue and another red, with a common endpoint, and with a fixed angle between them, marked in grey,

Initial setup

In order to complete the triangle, we don't have any choice: we just need to connect the unconnected endpoints of the two segments:

As we don't have choice here for the green segment, it becomes clear that if two triangles share two sides and their common angle, the two triangles are the same.
